Mark's place was great! Our family stayed there for the ski season and loved how we could walk into town in 10-15mins. Its gots tons of natural light which we loved and the two living rooms make it nice for a bigger family that needs to spread out. Highly recommend staying here if you are coming into town with friends or family long-term or short-term! It also has Sonos around the house for music lovers like we are and a great spacious office for those that work remotely like I did. Thanks so much again, Mark!

Absolutely lovely old Victorian house, beautifully redone, bright, clean comfortable, spacious and really close to town. We could walk to all the shops and restaurants in 10mins. The house seems much larger than it is; two bedrooms up and two down. It has two large living spaces connected by the kitchen and dining room that allowed our family of 4 to come together when we wanted and to have our own space when needed. The owner was fantastic and quick to respond to any questions we had. We travel a lot and have stayed in a lot of vacation rental homes but this was by far one of our most enjoyable trips! It's hard to have a bad time in Aspen, but the comfort of this home was a large part of our enjoying our time there. Thank you!

This is my second time staying in this home, and I have been an aspen regular for years now, if you want to have a walkable destination, for a beyond reasonable price with walking distance to town, there is no better place! Spring or Summertime. Mark is very communicative, and accommodating.
